Preparation of Offsite Storage (shipping/receiving/destruction), and maintenance of data base for same. Editing and mailing of the HFS Newsletter or other marketing materials as necessary. Set-up/Clean-up for Staff Meetings (chairs/projector/food). Stock black/white copier with paper and stock workstations. Place trash in electric room in hallway at end of day for evening pick-up.
